Does the AI voice agent sound like a robot?
No. We use latency-optimized neural voices (sub-second turn time) and tune the script per vertical. Most callers don’t realize they’re talking to an AI. We also disclose AI-handling on first interaction where required by law.
How fast can you go live?
First agent live in 14 days for most engagements. Voice + missed-call text-back can be live in 7. Full multi-channel + CRM integration with a tighter compliance review typically lands at 14–21 days.
Which CRMs and tools do you integrate with?
Out of the box: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Open Dental, Dentrix, Mindbody, Boulevard, Clio, Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Google Calendar, Cal.com, and most webhook-friendly platforms. We add new connectors as needed.
What about TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and compliance?
Every outbound message routes through a single Compliance Gate that checks consent, DNC status, recipient timezone quiet hours (8a–9p), and appends the required opt-out and AI disclosure language. Every send writes an immutable audit log. A2P 10DLC registration is part of the setup.
What happens if the AI doesn’t know what to do?
Two fallbacks: warm-transfer to a designated human (on-call rotation, your team, or our trained ops team) or capture details and escalate via SMS / email to your owner / dispatcher within seconds. We’d rather hand off than fake an answer.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We port your existing number or forward your existing line through our system. We can also provision new numbers if you want a fresh tracking number per campaign.
What does it cost?

Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. We earn the relationship every month. If you cancel, we hand back your data, your call recordings, and any numbers you own.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your tenant lives in our Supabase backend with row-level security; we never share data across customers. On request, we export everything and delete our copy.
Will this work outside the US?
Yes — we’ve deployed in Canada, the UK, Australia, and parts of the EU. Voice + SMS work everywhere Twilio & Vapi cover; WhatsApp Business is our recommended channel where SMS regulation is heavier.
